Easy Cherry Brunch Ring
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 10 maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 2 cans (10 oz.) refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. Watkins cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Watkins pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. hot milk
- 1/4 tsp. Watkins almond extract
- Heat
- oven
- to 325u0b0.
- Lightly grease 12-cup fluted tube baking pan.
- Place
- brown
- sugar, cherry halves, nuts and 1/4 cup melted
- butter
- in bottom of pan.
- Separate dough into 20 biscuits.
- In
- small
- bowl combine sugar, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.
- Dip one side of each biscuit in remaining butter, then into cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Place 10 biscuits, coating side down, in prepared pan, overlapping slightly.
- Repeat with remaining 10 biscuits
- for
- second
- layer.
- Bake
- for 40 to 50 minutes or until
- golden.
- Cool 2 minutes; invert onto serving plate.
