County Fair Chicken Dinner

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (175 C.).
  2. In large plastic bag or bowl add all ingredients.
  3. Seal bag and shake or toss in bowl until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated.
  4. Empty chicken and vegetables into 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan; discard bag.
  5. Bake, stirring twice, 1 hour or until chicken is done and vegetables are tender.
  6. Garnish, if desired with chopped fresh parsley.
