Plum Sauced Lamb Chop Recipe

  1. Slash fat edges of chops.
  2. Grill over medium coals 20 to 25 min for medium, turning once.
  3. Meanwhile, in a sauce combine remaining ingredients.
  4. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  5. Simmer, uncovered, 10 min.
  6. To serve, spoon atop chop.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
