Lasagne - Short Cut Style

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Add next 4 ingredients.
  3. Cover and simmer 40 minutes.
  4. Salt to taste.
  5. Cook noodles in boiling salted water. Drain and rinse.
  6. Place 1/3 noodles in 9 x 13-inch pan.
  7. Cover with 1/3 sauce; add 1/3 Mozzarella and 1/3 cottage cheese.
  8. Repeat layers twice and top with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
  10. Let stand 15 minutes to cool and set.
  11. Cut in squares.
