Blueberry Muffins ( made with splenda )

  1. Place oven rack in top 1/3 of oven.
  2. Preheat to 400 degrees .
  3. I baked mine at 350 degrees .
  4. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
  5. Lightly spray.
  6. Sift together flour, B.P.,& salt together.
  7. Set aside.
  8. Beat margarine at medium speed with electric mixer.
  9. Gradually add splenda & honey.
  10. Beating until light & fluffy.
  11. Add eggs 1 at a time.
  12. Beating well after each.
  13. Stir in vanilla.
  14. Alternating flour mixture & milk.
  15. Ending with flour.
  16. Fold in blueberries.
  17. Spoon batter evenly into liners.
  18. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden Brown.
  19. Remove immediately & cool on wire rack.
  20. ( I made Big ones)
