Violet Sunset

• 1 12 ounces vodka
• 9 blueberries (3 for garnish)
• 6 mint leaves
• 1 ounce fresh squeeze lemon juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup
• club soda
• garnish with 3 blueberries

1. Muddle 6 berries and mint in a mixing tin with a splash of club soda.
2. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice and simple syrup.
3. Add ice and vodka.
4. Shake to mix and splash soda.
5. Pour into a tall glass.
6. Garnish with 3 speared blueberries.
