Beef And Broccoli Pie

  1. Brown beef and onion; drain well. Stir in flour, salt and garlic salt.
  2. Add milk and cream cheese. Cook and stir until smooth and bubbly. Add a small amount of this mixture to the beaten egg; return this to the beef mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened (1 to 2 minutes).
  3. Stir in cooked broccoli.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Slice cheese and arrange atop the mixture. Cover with second pie shell and seal edges.
  6. Make slits in top.
  7. Brush with a little milk.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
  9. Let stand 10 minutes.
