Tangerine-Cranberry Jam

  1. In a medium-size pan over medium-high heat, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
  3. If too watery, simmer uncovered until thick and jamlike.
  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
