Crab cakes with Lemon Aioli

  1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Mix lightly not breaking up the crab meat too much.
  3. Make crab meat patties.
  4. Lightly flour the crab patties
  5. Heat a pan of vegetable oil.
  6. A little too choice the bottom of the pan.
  7. Place the crab cakes in the pan let cook for 4 minutes on each side.
  8. For the Lemon Aioli you'll need
  9. Mix all ingredients for the Aioli together.
  10. But add the Lemon juice last.
