Crab cakes with Lemon Aioli
- 1 lb Crab Meat
- 1 1/3 cup crushed Ritz crackers
- 3 green onions finely chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell pepper
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp chives
- 3 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
- Mix lightly not breaking up the crab meat too much.
- Make crab meat patties.
- Lightly flour the crab patties
- Heat a pan of vegetable oil.
- A little too choice the bottom of the pan.
- Place the crab cakes in the pan let cook for 4 minutes on each side.
- For the Lemon Aioli you'll need
- Mix all ingredients for the Aioli together.
- But add the Lemon juice last.
