Easy Mentsuyu Sesame Salad with Napa Cabbage and Tuna

  1. Cut the halved napa cabbage in half again (so they're quartered).
  2. Cut the cabbage into strips about 4-5 mm wide.
  3. Place the cabbages in a bowl.
  4. Put the green parts first and put the white parts on top.
  5. Sprinkle with salt and toss to combine.
  6. Let it sit for 5 minutes and mix with hands.
  7. Lightly rinse with water.
  8. Squeeze out the water from the cabbage and place in a bowl.
  9. Add the tuna and the marked ingredients.
  10. Combine well.
  11. Done
