Easy Mentsuyu Sesame Salad with Napa Cabbage and Tuna
- 1/2 head Napa cabbage
- 1 can Canned Tuna
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- Cut the halved napa cabbage in half again (so they're quartered).
- Cut the cabbage into strips about 4-5 mm wide.
- Place the cabbages in a bowl.
- Put the green parts first and put the white parts on top.
- Sprinkle with salt and toss to combine.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes and mix with hands.
- Lightly rinse with water.
- Squeeze out the water from the cabbage and place in a bowl.
- Add the tuna and the marked ingredients.
- Combine well.
- Done
