Presto-Change-O: Improving a Cheese Pizza
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 12 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 roma tomato, chopped (or any tomato)
- 12 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- salsa, as desired
- 1 (12 inch) cheese pizza
- Saute the onions and green peppers in a little oil.
- When softened, scatter them onto the top of the pizza.
- Chop the tomato and scatter with the chicken over pizza.
- Add salsa to taste and scatter cheese overall.
- Place the pizza directly on the oven rack in a preheated F. Bake minutes or until bubbly.3-4.
