chili cheese burrito cassarole
- 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 can dieced tomatos (drained)
- 8 frozen bean & cheese burritos
- 2 can hormel chili (or brand of ur choice)
- 2 cup shredded cheese ( chdr. or mont. jack)
- preheat oven to 400
- brown meat with tomatos and onions mixed in so as to combine all flavors add salt and pepper to taste
- lay burritos in glass baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- so it covers the whole bottom of pan
- spread meat mixture over frozen burritos evenly .
- cover meat with cans of chili
- cover entire top with cheese... ( more or less to personal taste.
- I use the whole bag)
- cover with tin foil and bake for 20 mins0utes
- remove tin foil and broil 5 minutes or until cheese is golden bubbly brown
