Larramie'S Lasagna
- 3/4 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 lb. pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 2 1/2 c. or 1 1/2 cans tomatoes
- 1 1/2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 2 (12 oz.) cartons large curd cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- Brown sausage and ground beef.
- Add next group of ingredients. Simmer uncovered until thick (about 1 hour), stirring occasionally.
- Cook noodles in boiling water.
- Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese with next 5 ingredients.
- Place 1/2 noodles in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture over noodles.
- Add 1/2 Mozzarella cheese and 1/2 of the meat mixture.
- Repeat layers.
- Bake 45 minutes at 375u0b0.
- Let set for about 1 hour.
