Tomato Spinach Pasta Toss

  1. Bring tomatoes with juice, pasta and water to a boil in large saucepan; stir, cover, simmer over medium-low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Uncover and simmer until pasta is tender, 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add half of the spinach leaves; simmer, covered 2 minutes, or until wilted.
  4. Stir, add remaining spianch, toss.
  5. Serve topped with cheese.
