Herbed Potato Bake

  1. Boil potatoes until tender; drain and mash well.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan; add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Combine the mashed potatoes, onion mixture, bread crumbs, parsley, 1 teaspoon of celery seed, Parmesan cheese, corn and egg.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spread potato mixture into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika and extra teaspoon of celery seed.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 40 minutes.
