Luau Fondue
- 2 -3 lbs pork tenderloin
- soya sauce
- 3 cups chicken broth, approx
- 12 teaspoon powdered ginger
- Brush the pork with soya sauce on all sides.
- Let marinate for 1 hour.
- Slice the pork paper thin and arrange either flat or rolled on a platter.
- Mix the broth and the ginger in the fondue pot and bring to a boil.
- Serve with rice and sauces for dipping.
- Plum sauce, pineapple sauce, curry sauce (if you like spicy).
