No Fuss Baked Noodles

  1. Cook noodles as directed using large pot.
  2. Drain and return to pot.
  3. Add cauliflower, broccoli, soup, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper and cheese; mix gently.
  4. Transfer to 13 x 9 x 2-inch ungreased baking dish and cover lightly with foil.
  5. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove foil, turn oven off and let stay in warm oven 5 to 10 minutes more.
  7. You may increase the protein level with leftover diced chicken, turkey, etc.
