Sour Cream Berry Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together first 3 ingredients.
  3. Whisk together butter, 2 eggs, and vanilla: pour over flour mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Press mixture into a 9 inch square baking pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
  5. Sprinkle with berries.
  6. For Sour Cream Layer: In a bowl, whisk together sour cream, remaining 1/2 Celsius sugar, 1 tablespoons flour and orange rind.
  7. Pour over top of mixture in baking pan.
  8. Bake in oven for about 1 hours or until light golden and firm on top but still jiggly in center.
  9. Cool completely before serving.
