Rice with Chickpeas

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chorizo, onions, green peppers and garlic; cook and stir 5 min.
  3. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Add water, chickpeas and seasonings; stir.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice; cover.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 20 min.
  8. or until rice is tender.
