PLANTERS NUTritionTM Ambrosia Salad

  1. Cook nut mix in small nonstick skillet on medium heat 2 to 3 min.
  2. or just until nuts begin to brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add sugar; toss until sugar is dissolved.
  5. Spread into single layer on sheet of wax paper; cool completely.
  6. Combine fruit in medium bowl.
  7. Stir in sour cream; cover.
  8. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  9. Add marshmallows just before serving; mix lightly.
  10. Sprinkle with the glazed nuts.
