Italian Pork Chop Mozzarella

  1. Moisten chops with water.
  2. Shake off excess.
  3. Shake 1 or 2 pieces (in a bag) at a time with coating mix.
  4. Discard remaining mix.
  5. Place in 15x10 inch pan.
  6. Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Top chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
  8. Bake additional 10 minutes or until sauce is warm and cheese is melted.
