Italian Pork Chop Mozzarella
- 8 boneless chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 pkg. Shake-N-Bake Original Coating Mix (pork)
- 1-1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Moisten chops with water.
- Shake off excess.
- Shake 1 or 2 pieces (in a bag) at a time with coating mix.
- Discard remaining mix.
- Place in 15x10 inch pan.
- Bake at 425F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Top chops with spaghetti sauce and cheese.
- Bake additional 10 minutes or until sauce is warm and cheese is melted.
