Nachos and Cheese Sauce
- 3 qt. CHEEZ WHIZ Pasteurized Process Cheese Sauce
- 3-3/4 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 7-1/2 gal. tortilla chips, warmed
- 3-3/4 cups tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3-3/4 cups Canned sliced pitted black olives, drained
- 3-3/4 cups green onions, chopped
- Mix cheese sauce and hot sauce in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Hold in deep steam table pan in steam table.
- For each serving: Place 2 cups chips on each serving plate; top with 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
- of the cheese sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
- each of the tomatoes, olives and onions.
