Nachos and Cheese Sauce

• 3 qt. CHEEZ WHIZ Pasteurized Process Cheese Sauce
• 3-3/4 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce
• 7-1/2 gal. tortilla chips, warmed
• 3-3/4 cups tomatoes, finely chopped
• 3-3/4 cups Canned sliced pitted black olives, drained
• 3-3/4 cups green onions, chopped

1. Mix cheese sauce and hot sauce in medium saucepan; cook on low heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
2. Hold in deep steam table pan in steam table.
3. For each serving: Place 2 cups chips on each serving plate; top with 1/4 cup (2 oz.)
4. of the cheese sauce mixture.
5. Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
6. each of the tomatoes, olives and onions.
