Thai Chicken Salad
- 1 Tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup thin matchlike carrot sticks
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper strips
- 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
- Mix peanut butter, sugar and crushed pepper in small bowl until blended.
- Stir in dressing and soy sauce.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Add dressing mixture; toss to coat.
