Weeknight-Quick Thai Beef & Noodle Toss

  1. Cut meat crosswise into 1-inch wide strips; cut each strip in half.
  2. Toss meat and peppers with oil.
  3. Break Noodles into 3 to 4 pieces; reserve Seasoning Packet.
  4. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.
  5. Meanwhile stir-fry half the meat in large skillet on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min.
  6. or until done.
  7. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Repeat with remaining meat.
  9. Add noodles, steak sauce, carrots, nuts and cilantro; sprinkle with reserved seasoning packet.
  10. Cook 2 to 3 min.
  11. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  12. Return meat to skillet; mix lightly.
