Cuban Pork Roast

  1. Rinse pork roast.
  2. Then rub pork with Adobo seasoning; cut small slits all over to insert the garlic cloves.
  3. Once finished pour 1/2 cup of Mojo Crillio Sauce on top.
  4. Place foil over large casserole pan.
  5. Bake at 350F for 3 hours.
  6. Remove and test with a thermometer; it should be close but not done yet.
  7. Remove pork from pan and slice into small pieces.
  8. Pour additional 1/2 cup Mojo Crillio Sauce and spinkle more Adobo Seasoning on and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
