Cuban Pork Roast
- Pork roast
- Garlic cloves
- Goya Adobo Seasoning
- Kirby Mojo Crillio Spanish Barbecue Sauce
- Rinse pork roast.
- Then rub pork with Adobo seasoning; cut small slits all over to insert the garlic cloves.
- Once finished pour 1/2 cup of Mojo Crillio Sauce on top.
- Place foil over large casserole pan.
- Bake at 350F for 3 hours.
- Remove and test with a thermometer; it should be close but not done yet.
- Remove pork from pan and slice into small pieces.
- Pour additional 1/2 cup Mojo Crillio Sauce and spinkle more Adobo Seasoning on and bake for an additional 45 minutes.
