Veggie Pita Pizza

  1. Place pita bread in resealable sandwich-size plastic bag.
  2. Place cucumbers in 1 side of another resealable sandwich-size plastic bag; loosely tie pipe cleaner or twist-tie around middle of bag.
  3. Place tomato in other side of bag; seal bag.
  4. Twist pipe cleaner tightly to separate the cucumber from the tomato.
  5. Curl ends of pipe cleaner to resemble the antennae on a butterfly.
  6. Spoon cream cheese spread into a small sealable plastic container; place in insulated lunch box or bag.
  7. Add pita bread, vegetables and shredded cheese along with a small plastic knife or wooden pop stick for spreading.
  8. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Spread pita bread with cream cheese spread; top with vegetables and shredded cheese.
