Chicken Broccoli Alfredo OAMC
- 3 chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen broccoli
- 1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
- 1 lb fettuccine pasta
- Chop chicken, place in bag, remove excess air and freeze.
- Defrost in fridge over night.
- Crock Pot Method.
- If your family would like you can mix all ingredients (minus pasta) in a medium size crock pot.
- cook on low for 3-4 hours.
- cook noodles last 10-20 minutes of crock pot time.
- serve over noodles.
- Skillet Method.
- In 1-2 Tb oil cook chicken pieces, steam broccoli and cook noodles.
- Serve together or separate.
