Cast-Party Salad (Arugula)

• 1 (7 ounce) container arugula
• 1 (7 ounce) container feta (crumbled or sliced)
• 1 (4 ounce) container pico de gallo
• 12 cup kalamata olive, sliced
• 12 cup pine nuts (toasted)
• 12 cup lemon juice
• 12 cup olive oil
• 14 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
• 14 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

1. Mix and serve.
2. * You can really use any nut.
3. To toast nuts, just place them in the toaster oven or on the skillet to your liking.
4. (I like mine golden -- ).
