Roasted Red Pepper and Salami Salad
- 48 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 8 cups thinly sliced salami, cut into strips
- 3 cups Kraft Shredded Asiago
- 8 cups cherry or grape tomatoes King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 3 cups roasted red peppers, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 cups fresh basil leaves, cut into strips
- 3 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup pine nuts, toasted (optional)
- 3 cups Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing
- For each serving: Place 2 cups of the salad greens on serving plate.
- Top with 1/3 cup of the salami, 2 Tbsp.
- of the cheese, 1/3 cup of the tomatoes, 2 Tbsp.
- of the red peppers, 1 Tbsp.
- of the basil, 1/8 tsp.
- of the pepper and 2 tsp.
- of the pine nuts.
- Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
- of the dressing.
