Baked Yellow Squash
- 6 -12 baby yellow squash
- olive oil
- 14 cup brewer's yeast
- salt
- onion powder
- Select tender, fresh squash.
- Slice in half lengthwise.
- Brush cut sides with oil and dip cut side in flaked yeast.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and onion powder.
- Drizzle oil on top.
- Lay cut squash side by side on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
- May be put under broiler if browner top is desired.
