Spaghetti Al Limone (Lemon Spaghetti)
- 12 ounces spaghetti
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- salt and pepper, to taste
- parmesan cheese, freshly grated, to serve
- Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package.
- Drain, then return to the pot.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Toss over medium heat for a couple of minutes, then serve with Parmesan cheese.
