Fish Stew
- 1 lb white fish
- 12 lb potato, cooked
- 1 onion
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chives, chopped
- Chop the onion and glace in butter on low heat.
- Spread flour over, increase heat and stir well for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add milk, pieces of fish and potatoes (i cut them to pieces as well).
- Heat that mixture up without bringing it to boil, it should just shimmer for quite some while so the fish blends into the sauce like mixture without getting too mashy.
- Spice with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle with chive and serve.
