Oil-free and Healthy Pan-Fried Ginger Pork

  1. Stir fry the meat in a (resinated or stone coated) pan over high heat.
  2. Use the fat that comes out from the meat and brown the both sides of the meat.
  3. Transfer it to a plate when it's cooked, and cook the rest of the meat.
  4. Take out the meat from the pan and put soy sauce, mirin, grated and ginger.
  5. Boil it until it bubbles.
  6. Right before you eat, put the meat back in the pan and coat the chicken with sauce.
  7. Serve it on a plate with some sauce and shredded cabbage or mizuna greens.
