Veal And Peppers Italiano Recipe

  1. Cut veal into 1" cubes; trim fat.
  2. Brown veal in butter.
  3. Stir in next 5 ingredients, 3/4 tsp.
  4. salt and 1/8 tsp.
  5. pepper.
  6. Simmer, covered, 25 min.
  7. Add in green pepper and onion; cook, covered, 20 min.
  8. Serve with rice.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
