Italian Sausage Pie Recipe

• 10# round Italian sausage
• 6 Tbsp. garlic
• 3 dozen Large eggs
• 5# shredded mozzarella cheese
• 5 c. grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 c. parsley
• 2 c. onions, finely minced
• season to taste
• 10 unbaked 10 inch pie crusts

1. In a skillet, saute/fry sausage; drain off grease.
2. Mix all the other items.
3. Season and pour into pie shell.
4. Makes 10 pies.
5. Recipe can reduced: If making one pie, use 7 Large eggs, 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. Parmesan, 2 tsp.
6. garlic, 1 tsp.
7. parsley, 1/2 small onion, minced and 1 lb sausage.
8. Bake at 375
