Italian Sausage Pie Recipe
- 10# round Italian sausage
- 6 Tbsp. garlic
- 3 dozen Large eggs
- 5# shredded mozzarella cheese
- 5 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. parsley
- 2 c. onions, finely minced
- season to taste
- 10 unbaked 10 inch pie crusts
- In a skillet, saute/fry sausage; drain off grease.
- Mix all the other items.
- Season and pour into pie shell.
- Makes 10 pies.
- Recipe can reduced: If making one pie, use 7 Large eggs, 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese, 1/2 c. Parmesan, 2 tsp.
- garlic, 1 tsp.
- parsley, 1/2 small onion, minced and 1 lb sausage.
- Bake at 375
