Rogene's Frosted Apple Cake
- 4 red apples, peeled and diced
- 2 eggs
- 12 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 (3 1/4 ounce) package Dream Whip
- 12 cup cold milk
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Break the eggs over the apples, add sugar, cinnamon, oil and nuts.
- Sift flour, baking soda and salt.
- Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan for 55 minutes at 375 degrees.
- To make frosting: Follow the directions on the package of the dream whip, then add cream cheese and whip until smooth.
- Slowly add powdered sugar.
