Cereal and a Smoothie

  1. Prepare each cereal portion by pouring 1/2 cup milk over 3/4 cup cereal in a bowl.
  2. Place yogurt, strawberries and 1/2 cup water in a blender; cover.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Divide evenly among 4 glasses; serve with cereal.
