Cereal and a Smoothie
- 16 fl oz (2 cups) fat-free milk
- 3 cups POST FRUIT & FIBRE Cereal, any variety
- 16 oz. low-fat (1%) yogurt, favorite flavor
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
- Prepare each cereal portion by pouring 1/2 cup milk over 3/4 cup cereal in a bowl.
- Place yogurt, strawberries and 1/2 cup water in a blender; cover.
- Blend until smooth.
- Divide evenly among 4 glasses; serve with cereal.
