Marshmallow Bumpies

• 3 ounces cream cheese softened
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 ounces chocolate unsweetened
• 18 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 x coconut flaked

1. Blend together cream cheese and milk.
2. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing well.
3. Set aside.
4. Melt chocolate over hot water, stirring until smooth.
5. Combine cream sheese mixture, melted chocolate, and salt, mixing together ell.
6. Fold in marshmallows.
7. Drop by teaspoonfuls into coconut, completely coating each candy.
8. Place on a greased cookie sheet.
9. Chill in refrigerator until firm.
