Spicy Autumn Pie

  1. In a large bowl, combine apples, zucchini, carrots, and nuts with flour; toss to coat.
  2. In medium bowl, beat brown sugar and butter until well blended.
  3. Mix spices, salt, vanilla, lemon juice, orange peel, and eggs together.
  4. Add to apple mixture, mix well.
  5. Spoon into pie crust-lined pan.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with whipped cream.
