Kung Po Fish Fillet

  1. TOAST SESAME SEEDS
  2. On a non stick pan toast sesame for 1 minute till sesame starts to pop and lightly fragrant
  3. COAT FISH IN EGG AND CORNSTARCH THEN DEEP FRY IT
  4. coat fish with egg then fully coat it with cornstarch then deep fry for 2 minute in batches
  5. KUNG PO SAUCE
  6. put all sauce ingredients onto pan mix well and bring to a boil
  7. Off heat and add fried fish and gently coat it and top sesame seeds
  8. SERVE AS APPETIZER OR AS SNACKS
