Kung Po Fish Fillet
- 20 slice any Fish fillet strip
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cornstarch for coating
- 3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 6 clove pounded garlic
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fish bouillon dilute in 1tbsp of water
- 2 tsp fine chili powder
- 4 tbsp white sesame seed
- TOAST SESAME SEEDS
- On a non stick pan toast sesame for 1 minute till sesame starts to pop and lightly fragrant
- COAT FISH IN EGG AND CORNSTARCH THEN DEEP FRY IT
- coat fish with egg then fully coat it with cornstarch then deep fry for 2 minute in batches
- KUNG PO SAUCE
- put all sauce ingredients onto pan mix well and bring to a boil
- Off heat and add fried fish and gently coat it and top sesame seeds
- SERVE AS APPETIZER OR AS SNACKS
