Butterscotch Coconut Drops

  1. Sift together flour, soda and salt; set aside.
  2. Cream butter. Gradually add sugars.
  3. Blend in unbeaten eggs and vanilla.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients (flour, etc.); mix thoroughly.
  6. Stir in butterscotch morsels and pecans.
  7. Mix well. Chill.
  8. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls into coconut; roll to coat.
  9. Form into balls.
  10. Place on greased cookie sheets.
  11. If desired, top with pecans halves or maraschino cherries.
  12. Bake at 375u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
