Bagel & Lox Sandwich
- 1 cup Dill Cream Cheese
- 16 each everything bagels, split
- 48 slices lox (smoked salmon), thinly sliced
- 96 slices Pickled Cucumbers
- 48 slices Pickled Red Onions
- For each serving: Spread 1 Tbsp.
- Dill Cream Cheese evenly onto cut sides of 1 bagel.
- Place 3 slices lox, 6 slices Pickled Cucumber and 3 slices Pickled Red Onion on bottom half of bagel; cover with top of bagel.
