Sunbutter Fudge
- 1/2 cups Melted Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1 cup Sunflower Butter
- 1/4 teaspoons Pure Stevia Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1 cup Sugar Free Chocolate Sauce (See Note)
- In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate sauce, and mix thoroughly.
- Pour batter into 8 x 8 baking pan and set aside.
- Pour chocolate sauce over top.
- With a spoon, swirl chocolate into fudge batter.
- Freeze to set for 1 hour and cut into bite-sized squares.
- Store in refrigerator if theres any left!
