Kraft Cheese Eggplant au Gratin

  1. CUT eggplants in half lengthwise and pierce skins.
  2. Microwave on HIGH power for 4 to 6 minutes.
  3. Cool slightly.
  4. Cut crosswise into 1/2-inch (1 cm) thick slices.
  5. COMBINE pasta sauce and oregano and place a thin layer on bottom of medium baking dish.
  6. Cover with a layer of eggplant.
  7. Repeat layers ending with sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. BAKE at 400F (200C) for 20 minutes.
