Chinese Stir Fried Chicken Recipe

  1. Heat 3 Tbsp.
  2. salad oil in large skillet (350 F).
  3. Add in chicken strips stirring with fork, 3-5 min.
  4. Add in vegetables and stir in liquid mix, cover and cook for 7-8 min.
  5. Serve immediately over warm rice, noodles, or possibly just plain.
  6. Also, good over rice with chow mein noodles on top.
  7. Serves 4 scantily.
