Golden Salad

  1. Stir jello into boiling water until dissolved.
  2. Add frozen orange juice.
  3. Stir until melted.
  4. Stir in pineapple and oranges; pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish.
  5. Cover and chill until set. Prepare pudding according to package directions using only 1 1/2 cups milk.
  6. Allow to stand 5 minutes.
  7. Fold in whipped cream. Spread over top of set gelatin.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
  10. Makes 16 servings.
