Easy Snacks Mitarashi Potato Mochi
- 5 Potatoes
- 4 tbsp Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 Margarine
- Boil, drain and mash the potatoes.
- Mix in the katakuriko.
- Roll into slightly flat ovals ( I made 16 bite-sized pieces).
- Grease a frying pan with margarine and cook the potato bites.
- When the katakuriko has browned, flip over, cover with a lid and steam.
- Mix all of the ingredients marked with together to make the sauce, pour over the bites and toss to finish.
