Muffins (Using Biscuit Mix)

• 1 3/4 cups biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 13 cup water
• 1 large eggs

1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
2. Lightly grease muffin tins.
3. Stir mix and sugar together.
4. Mix water and egg thoroughly; add to mix and sugar.
5. Stir until dry ingredients are barely moistened.
6. Batter will be lumpy.
7. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full.
8. Bake until lightly browned--about 20 minutes.
