Phyllo Chicken

  1. Brush sides and bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan with melted butter. Place 1 sheet phyllo on bottom.
  2. Brush with butter.
  3. Repeat 5 more sheets (keep remaining phyllo covered with wax paper to prevent drying out.)
  4. In bowl, combine chicken, bacon, broccoli and cheese. Spread over phyllo.
  5. In another bowl, whisk eggs, cream, milk, salt and pepper.
  6. Pour over chicken.
  7. Cover with 1 phyllo and brush with butter.
  8. Repeat remaining phyllo, top and butter.
  9. Bake uncovered at 375u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
