Citrus Shrimp and Spinach Salad

  1. Mix honey, orange juice, mustard and vinegar until well blended; cover.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Layer lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, onions, oranges and shrimp on large serving platter.
  4. Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with honey mixture just before serving.
